Typical Day in the Role
* Purpose of the Team:
o Search assistance intelligence - working on copilot, we are growing and have been steadily growing over several years.
o The distribution of the team is global. We have people in London, Israel, Latin America, etc. We have a gap we need to fill in the USA for in person team support.
* Key projects: This role will contribute to:
Onboarding support, new hire support
Filling the gaps with employee/ intern support
Some events coming up onsite, so extra hands are needed
Picking up gap projects on the team
Group admin focused
* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of :
o 15% meetings
o 25% group work - moving around spaces, checking in and out equipment
o 10% meeting support
o 30%intern support/ Events work
o 20% backup work, helping other admin
Candidate Requirements
* Disqualifiers:
Too senior or too green
Not looking for someone who is switching work models/exploring new fields
Someone who has an expectation for remote work, this is onsite
Someone who is seeking an independent role.
Candidates located more than 50 miles from the office
Candidates unable to lift at least 10 lbs are disqualified
Must have full 18months of tenure
