This position is for a Senior Board Certified Behavioral Analyst responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, supervising staff, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes small caseloads, clinical guidance, and collaborative goal-setting with families. Competitive Salary: $87,000 to $93,000 includes bonus. Ability to earn even more if maximizing bonus opportunities.
