Manage key aspects of transactions from due diligence to closing as part of the deal team. Negotiate securitization agreements and documents, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Provide legal support in structuring and executing real estate repurchase facilities and warehouse lending transactions. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategic planning and legal guidance throughout securitization processes. Requirements: 3-6 years of securitization experience related to CMBS.
