Executive Assistant (EA) With Sales Support Responsibilities

Remote, India | Full-Time

Playpower Labs is a leading EdTech Services company on a mission to revolutionize learning at scale using cutting-edge technology. Founded as a non-profit in 2009, we now collaborate with some of the world's largest education organizations, including India's Ministry of Education, to deliver impactful education technology solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. This role also includes light sales support, such as outreach on LinkedIn and email follow-ups from conference lists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and relentless in ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, filing insurance claims, and handling registrations.
  • Assist with sales outreach, including messaging prospects on LinkedIn and sending emails from conference lists.
  • Register for conferences, coordinate follow-ups, and liaise with key contacts.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed successfully.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
