Kia ora! We are seeking expressions of interest from pilots interested in joining Air New Zealand's turboprop fleets. You will be in the right-hand seat of an ATR or a Dash 8 Q300. Entry is at the First Officer level, with positions available at various bases across New Zealand. Whether you're aiming for a career in propeller aircraft or a pathway to our jet fleet, this is an excellent entry point. As a First Officer on a Dash 8 Q300 or an ATR, you will play a key role in delivering safe and reliable service to our customers. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: NZCAA CPL/ATPL* (NZCAA ATPL or all ATPL subjects passed preferred)

NZCAA MEIR*

NZCAA/CASA Instrument Rating* NZCAA Class 1 Medical* Minimum 500 hours total flying time At least 25 night hours 40 hours of Instrument Flight Time NZCAA BTK/BGT endorsements University Entrance or equivalent L6 English Language Proficiency New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or resident; or Australian citizen.
