Our space blends vintage charm with modern sensibility, offering a distinctive urban lodging experience for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the city’s culture, food, and nightlife.

We’re looking for an experienced and guest-focused Inn Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests receive warm, efficient, and memorable service from booking to checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Services & Operations
    • Monitor and manage daily check-ins and check-outs; coordinate closely with restaurant hosts when applicable.

    • Maintain the inn’s overall cleanliness and appearance, including common spaces and guest corridors.
    • Schedule and oversee regular deep-cleaning treatments to ensure high standards are met year-round.
    • Maintain and restock curated mini bars featuring local products and spirits.
  2. Staff Oversight
    • Manage and schedule housekeeping and innkeeping staff of 2, aligning staffing with occupancy and service needs.
    • Train and support team members to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
    • Step in as needed to cover shifts or assist with cleaning, stocking, or guest communication.
  3. Booking & Communication
    • Manage all reservations and availability across our booking platform Eviivo.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests via email and booking portals in a timely, thoughtful manner.
  4. Inventory & Administration
    • Order and manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and minibar items.
    • Process room charges, manage refunds, and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
    • Monitor inn-related expenses and assist with monthly reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of hospitality or property management experience, preferably in a boutique or independent setting.
  2. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Familiarity with online booking engines and digital communications platforms.
  5. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
  6. Passion for hospitality, local culture, and providing warm, memorable guest experiences.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role with flexibility required, including some evenings and weekends based on guest needs.

Join our team and help create exceptional stays for guests above one of Chicago’s most beloved restaurants.
