*Job Description:*
Interventional Radiological Technologists assist physicians and APPs in interventional procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ and body scans. The technologist is responsible for helping develop and implement systems to assure the smooth and efficient flow of patients for procedures in the Interventional labs. Duties for this position include but are not limited to circulating and scrubbing roles during procedures, patient teaching, assisting with patient care within scope of practice, inventory management and schedule coordination.
*Requirements:*
· Education: Completion of a 2-year degree program in Radiologic Technology
· Work Experience: No experience required. All new hires will enter the Career Path at this level
· License & Certifications: Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
