We specialize in litigation and prosecution in all areas of intellectual property law. We litigate nationwide, primarily within the federal court system, and obtain patents and trademark registrations for our clients in the United States and foreign patent and trademark offices around the world.
We are currently seeking a Junior Associate Attorney for our Trademark practice group.
Compensation for this position includes an annual salary of $200,000--$250,000 for Associates with 1-4 years of experience. Salaries are determined based on a combination of experience, educational qualifications, and meeting minimum billable hour targets. Full-time positions come with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to earn significant bonuses.
