WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct legal research, manage e-discovery, and prepare detailed case summaries and trial prep materials.
  • Coordinate deadlines, calendars, and case workflows to ensure timely and accurate litigation support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Support litigation attorneys across business, employment, and construction matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on business, employment, and construction litigation.
  • Proven experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial prep and e-filing in state and federal courts.
  • Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms and managing document review, production, and redactions.
  • Strong organizational, research, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe (in a legal setting), and legal software such as NetDocs and CenterBase.
