THE POSITION We're looking for certified, high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based approach at owning the membership experience at our studio.
SUB Coach:
A personal trainer that gets hired on, trained, and helps pick up shifts when mutually agreed upon. Free membership comes with this position as well.
You do not have to take all shifts that need to be covered, but can if you would like!
We will have more permanent shifts available in the future so if you are interested in becoming a consistent coach one day. Still apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES - Coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workouts
- Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
- Have (or be taught) the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
- Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
- Own the member experience
- Sales, studio tours, membership signs ups, etc.
- F45 Challenge (assist in sign ups and creating hype)
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
- Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
- Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes
QUALIFICATIONS - Character, care, and communication skills
- Energetic and attentive
- Must understand (or be willing to be taught) functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking
- Demonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and Facebook
- Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout
CERTIFICATIONS - Nationally accredited current fitness certification - NASM, NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, AFAA
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold NASM certifications, but not required
- Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification. If you do not have, we will help you obtain it.
