\nThis position is part medication history, part inpatient pharmacy . Weekends (every 3rd) will be worked in the inpatient pharmacy setting.
\nThe purpose of the Pharmacy Medication History Technician I is to prepare complete medication history lists, based on information obtained during interviews with caregivers, which are then utilized by prescribers during the admission reconciliation process. You’ll contribute to departmental goals by providing accurate and timely medication information to support safe and correct ordering of medications for patients admitted to JHACH. Along with other pharmacy staff, you’ll help deliver pharmacy services aligned with the high standards of care we’re known for.

\n \n Position Details: \nSchedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts
\nStatus: Part-Time (32 hours/week)
\nWeekends: Every 3rd weekend (inpatient pharmacy)
\nLocation: Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital – St. Petersburg, FL
\nHigh School diploma, GED, Certificate of Completion, or equivalent
\nMinimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience (hospital or pediatric hospital preferred)
\nFlorida Board of Pharmacy Registration required
\nPTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required within 1 year of hire

\nSalary Range: Minimum $18.74/hour - Maximum $29.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
