You’ll partner with client and internal teams to drive clarity, alignment, and direction—helping digital products perform better and deliver more value. Key Responsibilities: Own and lead strategy engagements from discovery through delivery Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with client stakeholders Create high-level frameworks, experience strategies, and roadmaps Provide strategic direction to internal teams throughout execution Present insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development Qualifications: 5+ years in product strategy, consulting, or UX strategy Strong leadership, facilitation, and client communication skills Experience guiding product teams through strategic decisions Ability to think big-picture while managing fine details Bonus: background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise product environments About Block+Tackle: At Block + Tackle, being a spoon won’t cut it.
