Under general supervision, this role is responsible for the set-up, monitoring, and reporting of analytics for marketing efforts on various channels including website, social media, and email. The specialist will also oversee the marketing project management technology, workflows, training, and reporting. This role requires strong analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends and provide insights. Job Duties Implement a systematic workflow by mapping out and maintaining tasks structure, procedures and timelines for team members in the marketing department Ensure deliverables get completed, reviewed, and published within set timelines through Workfront Champion marketing project management technology Track performance of marketing campaigns and digital initiatives through various analytic platforms Provide training and troubleshooting as required Requirements Completion of a high school diploma. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, which includes high-level project management experience. An associate or undergraduate degree in marketing or communications, and experience in Halliburton is preferred. Previous experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Workfront preferred Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
