About the Role:
Analytic Era is seeking an experienced and driven Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant with proven expertise in NJIT integration and heavy manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role working closely with business stakeholders and the SAP implementation team to optimize and extend the SAP EWM landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead SAP EWM solution design, configuration, and implementation tailored to complex manufacturing workflows
✔️ Collaborate directly with business users, warehouse operations, and supply chain leadership to gather requirements and translate them into effective EWM solutions
✔️ Design and implement NJIT integrations across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
✔️ Handle EWM-MFS and RF framework configurations for high-throughput automated environments
✔️ Support go-live activities, change management, training, and hypercare stabilization
✔️ Provide post-go-live optimization, enhancements, and support aligned with production line integration
Required Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant
✅ Strong NJIT (Next-Generation Just-In-Time) implementation experience
✅ Deep understanding of EWM integration with SAP PP, MM, and TM
✅ Proven background in Heavy Manufacturing / Automotive / Industrial production
✅ Strong knowledge of EWM processes – inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, staging, loading, physical inventory, and HU management
✅ Experience working directly with business teams and operations in a factory or warehouse setting
✅ Exceptional communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have:
⭐ Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM
⭐ Understanding of Fiori apps for EWM
⭐ ABAP debugging or working with technical teams for enhancements
