The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a Task Order On-Site Lead to support a Cloud & Software Migration (CSM) Task Order in its programmatic and administrative tasks. In this role, you will support several routine Leidos administrative tasks, including approving timecards, preparing weekly activity and monthly status reports, supporting employee development and integration.

This position is located at The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and requires an active TS/SCI to start.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of the CSM Task Order and provide management, leadership, direction and technical guidance to staff and subcontractors on the contract.

  • Serve as the CSM onsite lead supporting multiple technical areas within the TO scope, including interoperability, architecture, standards, cloud technologies, and supply risk management. Ensure the TO personnel supports all the requirements, white-paper requests, and adheres to the IE Directorate operating procedures.

  • Support the DoD CIO CMSS II IDIQ PM to deliver top-notch customer service and respond to the dynamic needs of the organization to meet the diverse missions of the DoD CIO IE Directorate.

  • Coordinate across six TO sub-tasks in the delivery of the full span of architecture, standards, policy, governance, administrative support, and cloud technologies across the supported IE sub-directorates.

  • Act as a liaison between the TO sub-directorates and the IE Directorate.

  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve service delivery and expand capabilities that enable additional critical mission efforts.

  • Support the preparation of TO information, reports, and status updates to higher-level management on the status of the different sub-tasks.

  • Utilize excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to be able to effectively document solutions and obtain requirements from customers.

  • Ensure Task Order employees’ timecards are submitted on time and error-free.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of Task Order deliverable schedules (internal and external), monitoring progress, and identify potential delays or risks.

  • Support the Task Order staffing levels by leading hiring activities, selection, coaching and mentoring.

  • Help resolve TO-related issues and escalate critical matters to the Program Managers as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors or equivalent experience and 5+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 3+ years of prior relevant experience.

  • At least 2+ years supervising a team of ten or more resources.

  • U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret (TS) / SCI clearance.

  • Experience with programmatic administrative activities.

  • Experience with preparing executive presentations.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with federal organizations and interacting with senior civilian and military personnel.

  • Deep knowledge of the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) environment and its organization.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
