This is a contract position through Magnit for Consumers Energy located in Jackson, Michigan. This is a hybrid role to Jackson, Michigan however you will perform most work from with but there will be onsite visits to the Jackson, Michigan office 1-2 times a month .
The Instructional Designer Specialist will be expected to design and develop learning experiences in a variety of forms, including interactive eLearn, large-scale training solutions, and blended multi-media instructor-led presentations. In developing learning experiences, the Instructional Designer Specialist will determine learning objectives, rewrite content, structure learning activities, and create visual aids for both face-to-face and online interactions. They will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the various business units to ensure that all content is responsive to training best practices but also meets all regulatory and legal requirements.

Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $30-$35/hr
