Technical Recruiter
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus

What You’ll Do
Source, engage, and build relationships with top talent in the Chicago area and beyond.
Manage the full recruiting cycle : prospecting, interviewing, and matching candidates to client needs.
Partner with manufacturing clients to deliver customized staffing solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed performance metrics in both candidate and client development.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
History of exceeding goals and thriving in competitive environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Resilient, resourceful, and highly motivated to win.
